Sheraton Hanoi West

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. A special thanks to Janny at the front desk—she welcomed me with the warmth and kindness of an old friend, which made my experience even more special. The room was spotless, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommended!

- Checkin and checkout procedures are easy and fast. Good breakfast with different choices. And I love the bathroom amenities and hot shower. - Room is big and very clean. - Location is far from the downtown but it seems to be convenient to get to the airport. There is a Korean town with many good cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes by car or public transport.

Overall was a greater experience staying at Sheraton West. Breakfast was diverse and plenty options. Staff was happy and positive in every aspect. Management was on point. Especially want to mention the bartender Son which was the nicest guy in our stay.

Well Maintained Property and clean

The staff were helpful and friendly, but check in is confusing due to 'deposit'. Room is spacious.
